Well, this has been a busy time getting ready for all that is happening in February. Here is a rundown so you don't miss out on anything:

February Download a Day:

I am one of the featured designers for the February Download a Day at Divine Digital. The kit we created is wedding themed and called "Happily Ever After." Like I did with "Harvest," each day that I am the featured designer (starting with tomorrow!) I will post a freebie on my blog that goes with the "Happily Ever After" kit. Make sure you stop in tomorrow to get the first "Happily Ever After" freebie! Here is a preview and there are some animated previews on the Divine Website so you can see what the whole kit looks like:

Grab Bags!!!!

The February Grab Bag sale got underway at midnight last night. I have a personal use grab bag in the sale, and it is a really colorful, fun grab bag and for $2 you get a lot of great things:

And here is a layout I made with a few of my grab bag items and one of the freebie frames I have for today:

Here is the link to my grab bag and there is a 40% off coupon included with it this month:

Project Divine:

Divine Digital is doing a charity event and kit for the international relief organization, CARE. Click on the information for more details about the event at Divine Digital and here is the link for the CARE website so you can learn more about it:
Friday Freebie!

Today I have a fun freebie for you that comes from "things" in my grab bag. It is a set of three frames. Enjoy! Photos of my little boy are not included....Just click on the image to download from 4shared and you know all the rules....

I just love these photos of my son. I just got a portable light set to take with me for portrait jobs when natural light is not cooperating. I had to bribe both my boys with candy to sit still for me but it was worth it. At least at the start of the photo shoot. After we got going they had red m&m marks all over their face and clothes! I hardly got any shots of my youngeset son, Henry, because he was more interested in exploring the lights and knocking things over! Oh well, I guess that is what I should expect from a 1 1/2 year old! We switched to jelly beans the next day! Here are some of the other shots I took with my new lights:

And here are some other photos I've taken lately that I'm happy with:

Well, that is it for today. Enjoy your freebie and make sure you check out the grab bags and Project Divine. I'll be back tomorrow with my "Happily Ever After" freebie.

Best,

Cyndi

WOW! So much information packed into one post. Thanks so much, Cyndi. I have registered for DD's Last Scrapper Standing competition and I don't think I'll be able to use your yummy designs in the first challenge.

I'm in awe of your photography, again. I recently discovered the "color accent" setting on my Canon Power Shot S5 IS and have been having a bit of fun with it. Your light set makes for a spectacular effect - especially for that super-washed color, where your sons blue eyes and red lips really stand out. LOVE IT.

Thanks for all the inspiration. Time to scrap!

Um... that should read "I don't think I'll be able to RESIST using your yummy designs...

Wish blogger would let you EDIT comments, rather than just deleting them.

Have a great weekend.

Wonderful photos. My kid's would do anything for blueberries! they don't know what candy is as the eldest has diabetes.
Thanks for the lovely frames
