I have to start off this blog entry by saying how much fun I am having hosting the photo challenges at Divine Digital. I was so afraid to do this as it is something I have never done. They also want me to eventually host an online crop or chat but I'm not quite sure I'm ready for that yet! I've only done two challenges so far, but it is fun and a great way for me to get some layouts done, too. I posted my first "Ready! Set! Shoot!" challenge yesterday. Here is my layout:

And here is the link to all the details for this challenge so you can post a layout and score a freebie from me next week:

Well, as usual, I have a busy Friday planned so I am posting my freebie for Friday tonight. I hope you like it! I am giving away coordinating elements as freebies for my "Scrapping Take Me Away!" Photo Challenge at Divine Digital, so consider participating in the challenge and you'll get even more "grass!" The alpha is not included but I put it in the preview to tease you---go post a layout in my challenge and you'll get it! The alpha is the first freebie I am giving out. You get a second freebie if you use the Divine Digital May Mega Kit, "Digital Restoration." You have until midnight tomorrow (that's Friday) to post your layout. Here are the details...

Here is the preview of my freebie and remember, click on it to download, personal use only and leave me a comment if you download:

I will eventually add "Grass" as a full kit to my store. I really like the funky grasshoppers, don't you? I plan on making more bugs, more papers and more elements and when I get all that done it will go in my store. So grab it whilst you can!

Have a great weekend and I hope to see some of you posting some layouts in either one or both of my photo challenges!

Best,

Cyndi

Thank you for the freebie. My son is a HUGE bug fan...this is perfect for the many bug hunting expeditions he has been on. Thank you again!

Love this, Cindi! Thanks so much...really dig the grass, and I'd LOVE to see the "G"..not really sure what thatis from the preview, turn into a whole alpha...really unique and not just for grassstain layouts! LOL

Thanks! Hey, you've got my design resource freebie list, right? If not, send me an email at orachel54@yahoo.com...like 45 links, all with truckloads of freebies, and tons of it is ok for commercial use.

Grass is awesome; the grasshoppers are a nice touch. I, for one, am tired of ribbons, bows, and buttons. Sorry I missed it :-( Your rain layout is great.
